Due to a date conflict, this month’s walk will happen on Friday, April 7th, in Stanton! We hope you’ll be able to come, meet and walk with us. A group have planned to carpool, and will be meeting at the Jumburrito parking lot (behind the Midland Park Mall), at 7:30 a.m., to get in a 10K walk.
If you prefer to take your own car, you can meet the group in Stanton, at the Stripes station (1308 Lamesa Highway off of Interstate 20) at 8:00 a.m.
This 10k route is flat and paved and will walk us through the old jail and monastery in Stanton. If you want to get your AVA Record book stamped, please bring your book and $3.00 per person.
